Our return policy lasts a convenient 30 days.  We want to do everything possible to enure that you have a positive buying experience, both online and in our store :-)

The item must be unused / unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

A few types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Items the have been washed

To start your Online Return:

1. Email "" with the words "Return/Exchange" in the Subject line.  Provide your name, order # or copy of receipt and explain the reason(s) for your Return/Exchange.
2. When we receive your email request, we will send you a prepaid return label to be used on your returns box.
3. Place the product into an appropriately sized box & attach the return label (the smaller the box, the less it costs and the less of a environmental footprint we all leave) and drop it off at your nearest U.S. Post Office.  When we receive the product we will issue the appropriate Refund | Exchange or Store Credit.     Easy as 1,2,3!

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In Store Return:

If you'd like to Return, Exchange or Get Store Credit for your purchased product, stop into our store during business hours at: 305 S Minnesota Ave #105, St Peter, MN 56082.  Bring your receipt or pull up the order details on your phone and we'll take care of you.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually with 72 hours or less.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, stop into our store at: 305 S Minnesota Ave #105, St Peter, MN 56082 or send us an email at (refer to the top of this page for "online" & "in-store" exchanges, returns) Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
